Handle minor freight issues
Qualifications
Ability to multitask—answer phone and enter orders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
Experience in providing quality customer service
Superior phone and email etiquette—verbal and written communication skills
Experience with high-volume email correspondence
Excellent attendance record
Ability to use various office machines
Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel and the internet
Experience in furniture is preferred but not required
Other
Hours are 8 to 5, with 1 hour for lunch
Pay to be determined with education and experience plus benefits after 90 days
